Anyone had a good/decent sweeper regen?

I've played the game for several years but I have never seen a decent sweeeper regen who could be a good player at least in mid-table teams in the top leagues. I'm just wondering if there are decent regens in this position, because I am willing to change my tactics if I see a good sweeper regen, especially if he is from my youth system.

no one will ever have the same regen mate

what is a regen you ask?

A randomly generated player that the game throws out to compensate for retirements etc...so that you dont end up with no players in the game in the end
