anyone having trouble with poacherS?? here a tip from me :)

im in the 3rd season with bremen and i play 4-2-3-1.

1st season my main striker was rosenberg and his stats are below average but with my poacher player instruction i managed to get in 34 apperance 41 goals from rosenberg. 2nd season i bought doumbia from cska and with him my main striker he managed to bang 47 goals in just 37 apperance...3rd season now doumbia in start of march got in 27 matches 44 goals...also my back up striker carlos fierro bought him 2nd season and in the 1 and half year he made 21 apperance scoring 20 with 6 assits which isint too bad imo

the way i play my main poacher is that my whole team except the striker plays with direct passing quick counter attacks and they all do the dirty work! all my poacher has to do is just tap in and he has scored sooooo many its unbelievable. you guys can try it out and see it yourself. also give the striker couple of matches to get used to it.

Whilst the amount of goals you got is impressive, it's kind of obvious how to play a poacher (correct me if I'm wrong). The players you had, particularly Doumbia are very good quality for that league as well. Why not try doing it in the premier league, then you'd have something to shout about. The only thing i can see that is actually any different to how SI set up the "default" poacher is the closing down.

Basically I'm just wondering whether you think what you are doing is particularly different to what anyone else is? Because in my eyes it isn't, sorry if it seems like i'm being negative....the amount of goals you're getting is pretty good

yh i tried it with newcastlee...first season was hard and demba ba got 29 goals overall but 2nd season with few signings i managed to get 45 goals out of demba ba and 3rd season managed to sign cavani who went out to score 61 goals in 41 matches then decided to quit and manage to hometown (bremen is where im from)

whenn the attacking mentality and creative freedom changes when you for example change your team instructions! also long shot has been reduced and doumbia has been teached place shot in corner.

Your instructions is just the same as the default one. I think your poacher scores a lot because of your tactic?And did you set him to target man 'run onto ball'? I think you're quite lucky to get lots of goals, because my strikers often miss 1 on 1 chance

If I was you I would set the "run from deep" to rarely. That's not something a poacher should be doing... that's something you secondary striker/AMC should be doing, and then basically feeding it to your poacher who should be on the shoulder of the defense ready to break free.
