Anyone know how to put cup winners cup back on fm08

I was on data editor and saw that the cup winners cup is still on the system but is inactive, does anyone know how to re-activate this cup so that we can play it within the game?

Its probably harcoded on the editor - not able to be changed / edited but you should pm Sean anyway. It would be great if you could get it started again.

Also, does anyone know if it is on the 09 editor?
