anyone signed leandro damiao?

Starting season with chelsea,have bought ben arfa,ba and luke shaw(as cover for cole), ademilson wanting to buy leandro damiao..theyre asking for 37.5 mil...is he worth it?
who could i sell to make funds?

On my last save Tottenham signed him and he was getting 15+ goals. Just a thought though, if your willing to spend that much you could get Edinson Cavani (bit older I know) for around £25mil and for me he was getting 45+ goals in all competitions.
