Cesar Azpilicueta is a good DR, also, Omer Toprak and Jordan Spence do a good job at DR and I think you can get them fairly cheap. Kyle Walker is also a decent option. You could try get Pato or Neymar for AMR, or you could even train Aguero as an AMR.

I just recently lost the 2020 world cup as Spain. These are my results:
Sweden 2-2
Mexico 0-0
Nigeria 2-0

2nd Rnd: Italy 2-1
QF: Iran 1-1 (5-3P)
SF: Brazil 4-1
Final: France 1-3

So in 4 seasons with Spain, I won the Confed. Cup and came runner-up in the Euros and world cup.
