Anyone that has a good tactic for a lower league club ??

Hi , im currently managing a club in a lower league.

I really need a good 4-1-3-2 or 4-1-4-1 tactic , but i got no attacking winger in the midfield , so its more like a normal midfield line , i got no money !! very very poor club , so it would be great if anybody has a pretty good tactic for a lower league club , any help or tips is welcome! thanks

On Topic: what kind of players do you have. To be able to recommend a tactic for a club, we have to know something about it. Whats the strengths of the squad, what their major flaws etc
