Anzhi/Anji advice needed!

Currently in the third season with Anzhi, won the cup and league in second season but coming towards the end of the third and seem to be struggling, the main thing i cant seem to do is attract big russian names which is vital for due to russian leaue rules, can anyone advise me on what to do/ build a bigger reputation up? thanks

win the European cups is a big way, and just keep winning trophies, also sign big name foriegn players with big reputation

Im having this problem with my china save, but the opposite, instead of getting big "home-grown" players i cant seem to attract the bigger foreign players. My advice to you would be buy young up and coming players!

Cheers, yeh i have to have russians which a bit of a downer since they all seem to be terrible lol,
