How big budget U have, I havent played with Anzhi.

I've got a 30 million budget. But its hard to sign anyone cause of the 6 foreign player rule. So i have decided to just sign russian players but there isnt much quality around.

Well look from Russia's National team.Arshavin, Kerzhakov, Akinfeev, Anyukov...

Yeah i tried that. None of the decent players will come. I'll just have to make do with what iv got for now.

Thanks anyway bud.

Anzhi is bad because they have a very small reputation

Managed to sign players like:

Adebayor who has scored 17 in 29 in his first season and 21 in 25 in his second season for me. (2.7m)
Xherdan Shaqiri who is a dominating the right flank with some great long shots. (7m)
Christian Eriksen who plays that Xavi role for me finding some great through balls. (6m)
De Bruyne who has a **** of a shot on him and also has some great passing ability. (3m)
Papadopoulos who mainly plays in CL games due to the 7 foreign players rule but still is a great buy. (15m)
Tomas Necid who usually comes on as a supersub and actually does a great job in that role. (7.5m)
Dentinho who's fighting against Adebayor for a starting place. (12m)
Mohamed Sissoko was offered for 400k so I managed to fight him off other clubs with quite a high contract (400k)
Leandro Fernandez who is a decent russian defender that does the job well. (16m)
Igor Cheminava who also is quite a growing potential and a great russian defender. (400k)

All in the space of 3 seasons.

Here are my recommeded ins after my first 3 seasons with Anzhi, and currently in 2015/16 season

Season 1

Walter Montillo from Cruzeiro, amazing for the first 2 seasons as a creative AM - £14M - will count as a foreign player.
Chidi Odiah from CSKA, decent cover for right back - £2.4M - Russian national
Along with good young Russian players

Season 2

Carlos Fierro from Chivas, one for the future but amazing at 19 with 34 goals in 33 games - £2.5M - foreign but you'll want to keep him for 5 years cause he'll gain russian citizenship when he's 23/24
Alan Dzagoev from CSKA Moscow, quality Russian AM or CM - £21.5M - Russian
Along with other decent players.

Season 3

Jan Vertongen from Ajax, quality Ball Playing Centreback - £10M - foreign
Vasily Berezutskiy from CSKA Moscow, best Russian CB you can get and experienced - £15M - Russian

If you get any of these players they will do really well for you. Get them as soon as you can is my advice.

Other players you should look at are:

Roman Pavlyuchenko from Tottenham - Russian
Diniyar Bilyaletdinov from Everton - Russian
Pavel Mamaev from CSKA Moscow - Russian
Tomas Necid from CSKA Moscow - becomes Russian in two or three years
Evgeny Makeev from Spartak Moscow - Russian
Cristian Ansaldi from Rubin - becomes Russian quickly
