"Application Error" Help

Every time I tried to run the game I will get this message:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing and still get this message. I have verified the game cache via the properties numerous of times. Still not working and I'm getting frustrated as if I've spent £30 for nothing!

Anyone have any ideas to fix this!?

I'm getting the same thing come up when I try and play after following the step by step fix that Jake posted, I think you have to delete the crash dumps or something but not 100%

I haven't seen the step by step by Jake, but I have deleted the crash dumps and still not working!

If you are using an Asus GPU,then I recommend uninstalling Asus Smart Doctor...it supposedly conflicts with certain files.
I removed mine because I tried to get BF3 working and it solved my FM 12 crashes as well!
