I've decided with this that I'll be appointing a vice chairman aswell as a manager, I have got so many applications in my inbox it'll be had to pick just one.

Basically, the role of the vice-chairman will be that they help me make the decisons on the manager and results and it will be a joint decison should we sack the manager.
