Appointing youth staff

Playing as Ajax. Promoting Hetinga to assistant manager meaning I need to fill the U19 Manager & assistant manager roles and the same for Jong Ajax. Feel these will be some of the more important appointments in the game. Have some candidates but could do with some help picking the right ones. I usually use genie scout only for setting up my staff at the beginning of the game so these were who I found. I completely forgot to take a look at their personalities and wont be able to look at that till later but based on the stats below who goes where? All have at least 3.5 stars in some training category as well. Vet has a 4 star in one. Any help is appreciated.

Vam Buekering all day long, 20 working with yongsters is what you want. the only downside is the tactical knowledge, but if like me, you have under 19s and 21s using same tactics as your main team, then it's not really an issue

Whats it to you? Its his game, if he wants to use whatever he wants, so be it.
