Approaching youth players?

I am playing with real Madrid. I just went to sign some under 16 players, which were rated four stars by my scouts(I have 5 scouts with potential 20, and ability 20, and one is world class).
There attributes are quite good.They are on youth contracts from there respective clubs.
There is option of approach player to sign on there profile. They ask wages of $20000 p/w + 6k per appearance + 300K for agent.( I know i have to pay there value to there clubs).
I just want to know that should i pay under 16 player $20000 p/w.

no thats way too much
try lowering it atleast to 10 0000, they usually settle for 3 times they had in their previous club
at least in my experience
but i never managed a Huge club

Check how stubborn the agent is, try loweing wage accordingly. But hey, your Madrid and if there going to be that good take them. You are saving a lot on transfer budget

well they have youth contract means $90 p/w. I feel 6500-8000 are justified, but they asking too much. I sign Kara, sime vrajisko, Erick Torres for only 10000p/w, that's why i am confuse.
