Why is everyone moaning? Of course it is a challenge, its not as much a challenge of being Blackpool and trying to stay up in the first season buying no one, but he's not exactly made himself in the Champions League, with 10000 reputation has he? He's been sensible and not bought your Dzeko's and Gourcuff's, he's bought one brilliant player, who may be past his best so its a challenge. If your going to criticise, atleast tell him how he can improve instead of saying, "its awful" etc.
