Are Cross OP in FM2013?

Hi guys,
i'm playing FM2013 for a while and what i see is the power of cross in this game.
In FM2011-2012, the most powerful ability to score is the killer ball but in this game i concede and score most of goals with cross.
Is the same for you or it's just me?

No, it's not just you. It's a knock on effect of an ME issue
