Are these PCs/Processors good for fm?

Hi lads,my fm runs really slow,even if i pick the prem down to league 1 it's half a star,and im geeting a desktop pc.
The price of these put me off.What i want to know is how many leagues can i run and how fast will my game run with these pc's and processors? If it's 8gb RAM but a bad processor or the other way round will it still be ok?Cheers

instead of the arogs 1 id recommend this if you can afford the extra cash i dont know about amd so not sure about the ebuyer 1

please steer clear of shop pc, they are expensive for the specs
