Okay so I am in the third season as Tottenham, I have won 2 titles, 1 Champions league, 2 FA cups and 2 Carling cups and 1 Community shield. I have 79m to spend and I would like to improve my squad but I don't know how.
Current starting XI
GK - Joe Hart (Manchester City)
RB - Kyle Walker
CB - Christopher Samba (Blackburn)
CB - Younes Kaboul
LB - Leighton Baines (Everton)
RM - Rafael Van Der Vaart
CM - Marek Hamsik (Napoli)
CM - Luka Modric
LM - Gareth Bale
CAM - Sanchez (Barcalona)
ST - Carlos Tevez (Manchester City)
Bench:
GK - M Ter Stegen
CB - Ledley King
CB - Van Dijk (Regen - 4 star potential)
RM - Aaron Lennon
CAM - Kagawa
ST - Defoe
ST - Huntelaar
Other Players of notable interest:
Sandro
Scott Parker
Raheem Sterling

I am open to any player suggestions, all welcome! I don't know where to improve, so I need some help to find out my teams weak point. I personally think it might be defence, but I have won a lot of things so I dont think I need to much improving.

CB is probably your weakest point although you have Van Dijk who seems to have good potential...try Hummels or Papadoupoulos(spelling) :)

I highly recommend Otamendi, he's been immense for me. Bought him for Liverpool third season off Spurs for 22.5m. 15 games for me so far, 7.58 rating with a lot of 8.2-8.6 ratings in the last few matches. His only weakness is jumping which you can train anyway. Only downside is he seems to take a while to learn English. Spurs had him for a season and a half and it's taken him until November 2013 to learn the language fully.
