Is it just me or do the Argentinian Regens far excel the regens from any other country/continent.. In each of my games I get either an Amazing 4-5* current ability 19-21 year old who is also never looked at by other clubs!

Theres a thread for statisticly the best regens but I cannot find it right now. Croatia also produces a lot of quality
