You've obviously not seen Scottish referee's then. Something like 80% of them failed an exam they were made to sit.

It's not their fault, it's an impossible job! Am I right in thinking they had to bring in foreign referees because he complained so much?

Referee's went on strike because an assistant referee came out and said that the referee told him to lie about him saying it wasnt a foul because the referee went back on his decision and didnt have a reason. The papers released the story and Neil Lennon complained to the SFA and the referee's went on strike because he questioned there integrity they said. Thats basically what happened.

i think that was either due to teh refs not being able to travel due to snow or a refs strike but either way that weekend was a complete shambles.

Yes yes, only team that complains, but its okay when Rangers get a penalty taking away from us against you!
