That was I'm talking about when I mean ARMAGEDON suck >_< - spectacular in home, good on away with noob oponents, trashed and smashed on away with opponents like Bayern, RM, Barca, Chelsea, etc. , playing as Dortmund results about 1-6, 0-4 in CL with these opponents.

Well even with this tactic and time wasting tactic there is is still another tactic slot why dont you find a different one or tweak one to work again big teams
But a tactic can only give you the best chance of winning, it can't make you win, sometimes player quality is just too much to overcome though

I am using this with man utd first season and I a just changing from standard to defensive. I just beat chelsea away 5-0 with 54% of possession, 20 attempts to their 12, 1 CCC to their 0 and 5 half chances to their 2. That's a great result

At home I use standard but switch to defensive after 60odd minutes if winning by 2 or more

SuperMike this is easy, in tactical instructions have open play , so the field must be greater .

Excellent tactic; one of 3 I use in my "go-to" cupboard.

Using the tweak of F9 --> CF (support).
Found it produces better attacking results for my players ... it plays to their specific strengths more.

One of the other tweaks I use is to change mentality to 'Defensive' if faced with a hard away game ... i.e. Chelsea or Man Utd.

One other 'trick' I use is to change the formation from 4231, to 41221, if the scouting report shows opposition is particularly weak against that formation. Easily done by sliding the AM down to the DM position, leaving EVERYTHING ELSE the same. Works well for my team ... but it is done rarely.

Oh ... and just a personal obsession ... I added 'Retain Possession' to the team instructions, only because its one of my fetishes. I hate giving the ball away! :@

What PI do you give your DM? Because when you move the AM to DM, his PI are reset.

Depends on the role you want your DM to play.

For example, if DM (Support), you can pretty much exactly replicate the PI's of either the AM you're slipping down, or to match the CM (Defend) to keep PIs consistent in Midfield.

For example, AM's PI's are set at;

- Shoot Less Often
- Tackle Harder
- Mark Tighter
- Pass It Shorter
- More Risky Passes
- Move Into Channels
- Close Down Much More

You can get all of those except the 'Move Into Channels' with a DM (Support)
You can all of them with a Roaming Playmaker in the DM position.

Means you could play 2 x RPM ... or move the RPM in CM to an AP or CM (Attack), if you wanted to 'lessen' the moving of the AM, without making huge changes to the PI's.

There are plenty of ways to skin a cat ... ;)

As I said, its not something I do often ... BUT ... if the scouting report shows a particular weakness to that specific formation, then it is something I can and will do, with minimal impact on 'Familiarity' or PI's.

The V3 is probably the best tactic i've played with FM15.
The only problem is that im getting shitloads of red cards (sometimes 2 x game), this is not stopping me from winning anyway, but it's annoying.

Another incredible tactic...
Where i can find v1 and v2 ?
Good job as always TFF
Im gonna try v3 with Saints/Soton...
Wish me luck ! :D

hey mate. gonna try your new tactic soon. just one question though. the player filters I downloaded and the player profiles in the OP are a bit different. Is that on purpose? Which do we take into consideration? Thanks

Thanks for the reply! I believe this "tweak" can be used to make your formation more conservative and to defend a lead later on, because a DM is one of the most OP positions in the game.. Will try this for sure! :D

The purpose of the profiles at the OP to give good understand what kind of players you need for the tactic and what attributes are the most important for them and what level these attributes should have.

Of course, It's obvious if you manage a small club like Q.P.R or Crystal Palace you can't have players with such attributes but you should try to get closer as much as possible... use these attributes as orienteer where to move.

Yes, there's a small difference between attributes at the OP and the filters. Attributes at the OP are slightly higher in order to give better understanding. You can use in combination attributes at the OP and the filters.

Have you ever thought about 3 AMCs TFF?
I wonder what role and instructions for wide AMCs could best replicate the IFs

Has anyone had any succes with this in FMC? I can't seem to get it work so well.

started a new game with birmingham, no money to spend at all. only signed green on loan at start of season and signed flanagan on loan in january as i sold paul caddis to norwich, i got average championship players into quality players and scouting say they are good enough for the premier league so hopefully that happens. very nice tactic. my attacking midfielder is my top scorer! Great Tactic. now coming to end of season. the board has given me a budget of 12m and possibly more next season

Where would you guys fit Oxlade Chamberlain? Can you please post your Arsenal starting 11 TFF9? Thanks in advance.

First defeat :(
Ehhh... Barcelona is extremely overpowered in FM15 also if you play away match vs Barcelona it gives further buff to Barcelona and make it almost invincible.

Messi, Neymar or Suarez are able just take the ball and run with it straight to you box and score and you can put 10 defenders and 10 DMs in front of them but they don't care…

I find this year FM attributes of the players mean much more than before and away matches are tough as ****... it look like the team that plays home receives crazy CA buff.
