arranging friendlies?

I know this might sound a bit stupid but i usually set my assistant to arrange my friendlies.
If i wanted to arrange friendlies for a lower league team do u just go onto a teams squad and is there a link to request a friendly match??

on the fixture page, there should be a link saying arrange friendly (I think)

There's a "Arrange Friendy" button on the bottom right corner of the fixture page.

Okay cheers is it the same option to arrange friendlies for your reserve team?

yes it is arrange friendlies against as good as teams as possible for your reserves will give your younger/reserve players better experience
