Arrows in tactics?

The 3 arrows on my tactics screen how comes I have 3 and some teams only have 1 up the middle?

What do theses arrows mean and can they be altered?

They indicate where passing will be focused - either through the middle, down one or both of the flanks, or mixed. I believe it is on the team instructions screen.

These arrows represent the focus play. If you have one in the midle, it means that you are playing through the middle. 2 down the flanmks means you play down the flanks and 3 one in the middle and one in each flank mans that you are playing a mixed game.

So in short, its nothing to care about

They refer to passing. Playing direct passing makes them longer, short makes them shorter. You can also alter the number of arrows with the focus passing in the team instructions.

You can not convert a specific tactic back. If you have saved it as a tac.file before the converting, then you can of course load it up again. If you have not saved the tactic, then perhaps you have a saved game prior to it ?
