Im Arsenal in the second season january window and am currently looking for a good player who can play both Left back and Right back and a decent cheap young left winger who can fit right into the team straight away

Why would you need fullbacks?
Clichy & Gibbs on the left.
Sagna & Eboue on the right.
LW, you already have Nasri, Arshavin, Rosicky and Walcott.

Anyway LB- Canella always a good choice.
RB- Rafael from Utd, maybe Richards off citeh.
LW- Brian Ruiz, not the youngest but is unplayable imo.

Davide Santon or Diego Renan. Best choises if you want player who can play on right or left.

But i agree with above. On my game Clichy and Sagna are year after year on Champs league dream team and either one of them or Vermy gets Defender of Year.

Left winger Hazard.

Diego Renan, Vrsaljko is better but needs a bit of training on the left wing, he's Competent only iirc. Or Coentrão if you want someone to cover the entire left wing.

Hazard has been snapped up, Kibbs is out with injuries everytime he plays and finds it hard to keep fitness. Eboue wanted to leave because i didn't play him enough so i only have Clichy and Sagna whilst Rosicky left on a free and "Wanting to end his career in czech republic"
