Arsenal - Cb replacement

Hi i need a decent DC because all mine seem to do is go in for a tackle and get spun and the opp. attacker usually scores. I win most of my games however but thats only because of my midfield and forward strength, im currently arsenal in a 4-4-1-1 formation, Any recommendations would muchly be appreciated. ideally quite quick, good heading, and can tackle well.
I would usually scout but its kind of an emergancy and i dont have time to.
