Arsenal First Season

Just started a new save with Arsenal and I am trying a 3 at the back formation. Think I need a world class centre half, defensive midfielder, a young striker and a left wide midfielder. Currently have a budget of around £60 million and I play a 3-1-3-1-2 formation.
GK: Szczeny, ospina
CB: Mertesacker, Koscielny, Alvarez Balanta, chambers, debuchy
DM: Arteta, Flamini
RM: Chamberlain, Sanchez, Campbell, Walcott
CM: Ramsey, Wilshere, chamberlain, Cazorla
LM: Gibbs, Cazorla
AM: Ozil, Cazorla, Wilshere, Rosicky
ST: Welbeck, Sanchez, Giroud, Walcott
Any suggestions welcome, who would you sell and replace?

I'd say buy at least one defensive mid as arteta and flamini aren't good enough - Kranevitter, wanyama, romero, ruben neves. Sign a young cb as well, someone you can play every so often to give them experience - Vallejo is a must

Also sign Odegaard, tariq, Rotariu, zivkovic (both of them)

From my experience (currently 2019) with Arsenal:
Gk - covered, Szczeny is a homegrown player and is awesome. Ospina is a decent replacement for cup games and so on. I sold him last season, i wanted to rejeuvenate the team a bit.
Defense - All you got is good, add more CB's like Kongolo, Mammana or Sule. (young potentials, later awesome)
DM - Flamini and Arteta both suck. Buy Romero or someone. Not familiar with this role cause i don't use it.
RM - Oxlade and Walcott. period. No one else is needed, these two are masters.
CM - Wilshere as a captain , Ramsey beast, - need more - Roberto Pereyra (sometimes available on free signing), Lucas Romero, Mateo Kovacic.......
LM - Hm..... Wouldn't go with Cazorla, try to buy Fischer, Depay, Ayew..Also Sanchez can learn that side.
AM - Ozil cazorla good for first few seasons.
ST - Welbeck and Giroud play very good.

I play 4-2-3-1 so my my tactic is rather different, especially Wingers but hope my review helps, it's all based on experience. if you need anything contact me.
