arsenal help!

okay, i started a new save and included Olivier Giroud, Yann M'Vila and Podolski in my Arsenal team and changed my formation to 4-3-3

I am thinking of selling Giroud after the season or keep him as a backup as he just doesn't do much in the team, he's always with 6,9 in rating every game while Podolski/Walcott and Persie have over 7,4.

Should I sell him and buy another target man or get rid of the target man role in the team and get another player? Have been thinking of Radamel Falcao as a Deep lying forward but I'm gonna finish the season first before I make any drastic changes to my team.

Other thing I have noted is that Persie is very inconsistent as a complete forward and can I play Podolski in some other role successfully than poacher?

Well, you can reconsider changing your formation, to allow for an attacking mid or trequartista or something. Van Persie is better as a deep lying forward. You're cutting him off for most of the game if you play him as a complete forward. Maybe you can play with wingers, it suits the EPL rather than playing a flast 4-3-3, where your front 3 aren't really wingers as such. And also, why play Walcott as poacher? I don't think thats his best position at all! and you're basically playing three strikers with different roles..don't you need more support in midfield? Just things to consider good luck!

This formation has worked very well in England for me, just won Chelsea 6-0, ManU 4-1 and City 2-1 and Arteta/Ramsey/Rosicky just started assisting the way I wanted to when i changed from advanced playmaker to central midfielder with attacking duty and André Santos has got many assist because of his runs with the attack while Sagna stays back.
Walcott has been a beast for me when i play him as a poacher. Train him to beat offside trap and he consistently outruns the opponents defense, works very well.
I'll check if Persie as deep lying forward will work better
