Arsenal - Start of Game - 43 Million Budget

Just started a save with Arsenal to play over Christmas, but, i have no idea who to spend the budget on.
So could anyone give me some recommendations on to buy.

First you should choose the positions you think need improving:
I suggest GK, LB, back-up RB and maybe an experienced short term CM (as Wilshere is injured for 6 months)

Steve Mandanda costs around £11m
Aly Cissokho costs about the same
