My advice: DON'T PLAY A DEEP LYING PLAYMAKER WITH A ADVANCED PLAYMAKER. The DLP is much better in a direct passing game and the AP is better in (I asume you're playing this) a short passing game.
Change the DLP in a box-to-box midfielder or a ballwinning midfielder.
You're playing this?
----------------RVP (DLF)
Gervinho (IF)-----------------Walcott (IF)
-------Arteta (DLP)--Wilshere (AP)
--------------Song (Anchor)
Cissokho--Vermaelen--Mertesacker--Sagna
----------------Szczesny
Like I already mentioned you'd better change that DLP to a box-to-box or a ballwinner (don't think this will be less attacking) . Maybe Nainggolan? Also, move the AP to AMC (the MC and the DMC should stand where they are, but play one a bit more to the left and the other one a bit more to the right).
You could also try to put both RVP and Cavani in your tactic. But staying at a 4-2-3-1 is maybe better for the players at your deposal. Furthermore you should find another defender than Mertesacker (can't think at the moment of a replacement, but there are plenty of better CB's).
Get a replacement for Gervinho, at my saves he doesn't perform. Willian, Douglas Costa, Reus, etc. are all good replacements. (Hazard and Götze would be awesome). Maybe Hulk? Then you play him as AMR (IF) and Walcott as a AML (IF).
