Arsenal strikers won't score

Hi guys!
This is my tactic.
I've been playing pretty well but my forwards seem to have no luck in front of goal.
Werner and Giroud only scored 2 goals in all matches for me so far, combined.

I usually dominate possesion and get 20+ shots a game but they miss everything.
I already have 'shoot less often' player instruction.

Is there a fault in my tactic?
