i finished in fourth place in the premier league, qualifying for the champions league. The board has given me 80 million to spend. here is an in depth look at my squad.

robin van persie- my go to striker. unfortunately has injury problems and is getting old.

luuk de jong- signed on a free transfer and he will be joining shortly. hopeful long term replacement to rvp.

*I want to sell one of these players, as i have too many. even though he is great, i think i will sell arteta, as he is 31 years old and i have two young mids that need development.

*i need to buy a first team dlp. all three of them are capable, but id prefer to have conquelin as a backup dlp, and fellaini and song rotate at defensive mid.

*i dont think gibbs is good enough, and want a replacement to backup/rotate with cissokho.

from what i have listed, i need a strong centerback, first team deep lying playmaker, and a leftback. i have 80 million to fulfill these three positions. i will also plan to sell mertesacker and arteta, which should give me some extra funds. do you have any suggestions as far as players i could buy? also, are these players the best option i have to sell?
 
I Would look at Moussa Sissoko or Yann M'villa for the midfield role you are after (Possibly Anrea Poli - depends who is available) Edit - see how much Javi Martinez is too.

CB I would look at Vertonghen, K. Papadopolous or Otamendi

Left back im blank right now!

I would think abot getting another striker too bud :)

Players for the positions you want:-

Kara - DC/DMC - Tromso (if still there) - Quality no-nonsense defender, becomes world class (good for rotation and first team)

Nicolai Boilesen - DL - Ajax - Good prospect and definitely better than Gibbs (good for back-up)

Andrea Poli - DM/MC - another world class player, in my opinion and opinion of others the next Pirlo

I would sell a few players:-

Mertesacker, Arteta, Ramsey (just to injury prone for me/ can be amazing but not always fit) and Walcott

To replace Arteta and Walcott, and also a few players I would look at...

Vaclav Kadlec - AML/ST; M'Baye Niang - ST; James Rodriguez - AML/AMC; Iker Muniain; Inside Forward / RVP replacement!!!


Luuk De Jong - is good but not going to deliver you the goods for Top Spot
 
Do you really need anyone? your team seems pretty good atm, as said above get Muniain though
 
I'd sell Arteta and sign Emre Can from Bayern for a DLP. Central Defenders you look set really. Leftback I'd say Gabriel Silva or Jose Angel.
 
I was looking at getting Andrea poli and vertagohen so I will for sure get them now. If I sell Ramsey and Arteta, I will need a world class advanced playmaker that can play amc and mc.
 
That's what I was thinking. How much would he cost me though?
 
R,Jenssen 3,5mil DLP class! Ivo Pek 21 DLP 750k!! Pizzaro DLP 2mil? class!! Moises from villareal is a free DLP 5star!!
 
Ganso is so overrated. Christian Eriksen is so much cheaper and better. I personally wouldn't sell Ramsey but that's up to you.
