So i'm doing this Arsenal career and it's been going Ok, Giroud has been Godly, and so have most of my players ( 17 players with a season avg. rating above 7.00)

So after a rocky start we've taken 1st place and i hope to maintain it until the end

As Tactic i'm using this. Bender used to be a BWM(d) but he used to rush forward to recover the ball too often for some reason and left my defense uncovered, so i changed it to a CM(d), what do you guys think about moving him to a Anchor man and playing with 1 DM and 1 CM? Next, the CAM used to be an AP(a) but since i changed it to a Trequartista the results have been much better. Team Instructions change with the game, i've been experimenting with Lower tempo and having great results

Now for the main Question what the **** is up with Ozil?? Horrible stats and rating.. and i'll put here his last game (passing wise) and you'll see that he's not spraying those killer passes he's able to, **** he's not even passing the ball much, look at Bender and Ramsey passing almost 3 times as much, yes i know they're the ones that come deep to start the offensive game but 3 times more passes?? What should i do with him?

Both DLP and Treq. are designated playmaker roles, which means players will pass to them more often. If Ozil isn't getting the ball, he's too far away from the short pass-based play and thus the play is only going to go through Ramsey. Try turning off Shorter Passing/play out of defence or changing Ramsey to BBM and see if that makes a difference.

If he IS getting the ball but just isn't passing it, change his instructions/role

I find Ozil is largely disappointing with Cazorla outperforming him on every front. He also appears to be negatively affected by team talks more often than most, sometimes reacting negatively even when the rest of the team are delighted. Has anybody sold him after the first season? I'm assuming this would irk the fans

I might try the BBM but i'm afraid that it will leave Bender alone covering the defense, i might try Ramsey as a CM(s)

Just going to comment on this "Bender used to be a BWM(d) but he used to rush forward to recover the ball too often for some reason". Yeah, a BWM will do that, even on defend. Very bad idea to have one of them as the sole defending midfielder in a 4-2-3-1. Glad you've seen sense and moved him to CM-D. BWM do have their uses, but they can't be relied upon as a holding mid.

I had no idea they rushed forward that much haha, only recently i started to pay attention to the games

Simply, he's not spraying those killer passes because you told your team to prioritise keeping possession. Then, you also have all three front players attacking the same space which means the opposition defence just need to sit narrow and they prevent you from really playing.

He does have the Run wide with ball instruction, i don't know if it helps, but yeah, it makes sense haha.

Maybe that's why the results are so inconsistent??

Might well be.
