Arsenal Tactic for FM13

I have just started a career on FM13 with Arsenal, and after 3 games, I have drawn 2 (Fulham and QPR) and lost to Norwich, leaving us 16th. I have only scored 1 goal so far and am struggling to find my tactics are paying off. My current XI in a 4-2-3-1 formation is: Szczensy, Sagna, Koscienly, Vermaelen, Santos, Chamberlain (soon to be Wilshere when he returns from injury), Arteta, Podolski, Cazorla, Aubayemang (from Saint-Eteinne) and Giroud. I have signed Gary Cahill, Stefan de Vrij, Pierre Emerick Aubayemang and Mark Bunn (as good back up keeper). Has anyone got a good tactic to share when playing with Arsenal?

I'm using the FullOnAttack tactic and its January and I am 3rd.
Its a sick tactic

i use 4-5-1..now top in the league..only defeat against stoke n man city coz all player less fitness

central def left - vermaelen
central def right - koscielny
fullbacks left - gibbs
fullbacks right - sagna
defensive midfield(set anchorman) - i buy de rossi
central mid left(set deep lying playmaker) - aaron ramsey
central mid right(set advance playmaker) - wilshere
right wings(set inside forward) - theo walcott
left wings(set inside forward) - cazorla
striker( set poacher) - podolski

sub:giroud,santos,arteta,chamberlain,mertesacker,g ervinho,jenkinson.djorou,fabianski,diaby,frimpong,

i sell chamakh,squillaci,arshavin,rosicky

u can try this tactic for arsenal...try to get de rossi or another good dm like fellaini,sven bender

set ur team training TEAMWORK for 2 month and u can see ur result...reply me ok

@ minergy. i tried this tactic, but it didn´t wokr out for me. how long took it for you to work? also, how is the football you playing? are you controlling the game? did you make any changes to the squad?
