hi im new to the football manager scene and love Arsenal to bits, but my tactics dont seem to get the best out of my players and they end up compliaing about my managerial skills. does anyone have any good advice on what i should do or say with the team?

teams dont seem to gel with each other and plus they need to get used to new mangerial appearance and eeryone gets that about them i would say at the start as your managerial abilites arent very good as they start on 10 for everything
