You need to play him regular to get his stats to go up. He's just joined Barca on my save.

You normally get him for around 2 mil.

The skin given above your post wasn't for the skin shown in the initial screenshot.

I believe mine has the name 'Neue' (Or similar) and can be found on the download section of the forum.
