As a rule I fine players 1 week wages for 6.4 or less.

Most of the time it's accepted without comment and does nothing. On the odd occasion the player says they'll motivate themselves more, and determination or work rate might tick up a but on the odd occasion I'll do half a week's wages if the player is playing out of position or coming back from injury.

I usually ony fine them when under 6.1, but if playrs dont complain in your saves ill try to do it too, although i suppose you need to take in account the player personality.
