Ashley Cole seems to dislike all my decisions. When I have a team meeting he reacts the worst. Always negative reactions from team talks. I don't think it is his personality because I get on fine with the other players and it says he is in a similar mould.

I have never had a bad private chat with him, he has had no feuds with other players... Why does he react negatively? :'(

Anything lower than international i always find players react worse to your team talks and its very hard to raise morale
