When it gives you this option should i click it sets all the opp. players for me? You reckon thats better than leaving it to myself as i don't know what to set it as.

i do, unless you want to personally scout every single one of their players.. i suggest you ask the assistant 8-|

yeah as long as your assistant has decent tactical skills i just use that.
