Asking assistant to do team talks

1. because he don't know what to tell to the players.
2. because you don't have an assistant
3. because he want you to make your own decision by telling the team talks
4. because you never read wolfsong's team talk guide

You probably don't have an assistant. They always do it if you have one, but assistant talks never help imo

The reasons WonderManager stated and also your assistant manager could be away on a scouting trip
 
you can send assistant to scout individual players but not set them full scouting assignments
 
Not really sure how this turned into a "Who's gay" arguement but no need to worry, closed.

WonderManager pretty much covered all the reasons- also if you press "Assistant team talk" or whatever it's called, it may stay the same "None" this is because he believes not giving a team talk is the best option.
