Asking assistant to propose me some loans? But WHERE?

Hey guys,

where can I ask assistant manager to propose me some loan moves?

For example, need GK. I just want him to shom me some players, who are worth scouting.

I remember doing it in previous version... but now... NOT

Some screens would be perfect! (Have different lanaguage version than most of you guys!)

But this your Director of Football, would assume it would be your Assistant Manager if you don't employ a DOF, but not sure thou...

ok... been there, but I got NO RESULTS any time I ask for any ideas. Neither for loans nor for transfers in general. On any position... no idea why.

I play with Roma, have about 60% of world knowledge in scouting, great director, youth director, assistant and main scout - but still no results.
