Assigning staff jobs/roles helpppppp cant find it anywhere

Can anyone help me please i have been trying to find ou where you assign tasks such as contract renewals etc etc as i cant find them anywhere and its doing my head in Thanks

Click the arrow to the left of your team name and just scroll down the drop menu and click " staff responsibility"
