Assigning Youth Coach to Training Schedules

Greetings,

In FM2011 my youth coach has better attributes than my assistant manager coach so I want to assign Youth Coack to training schedules for 1st team players. How can I do that? He's not listed under Coaches tab in training section.

Offer him a contract to be your team coach or 1st team coach instead of youth coach... youth coach only trains youth team...

That's a bummer, I've just bought the new youth coach and he doesn't want to listen to any new offers as he's only just agreed a deal (with me for Youth Coach). lol. I guess I just have to wait a few days then approach him again with new offer.
