Hello

I am starting out at non league and don't have any staff yet.
I hear people say that during a game an assistant will tell you if a player looks tired, I've not seen it once during 3 games as no staff.

Can anyone tell me when they say it as in, what is the players condition in %

In my experience, the assistant usually notifies about player fatigue when their condition drops below 70%. Without staff, you might miss these prompts. Consider hiring staff for better insights. Good luck!

Wierd. When I play match, assistant will tell me what to do but I ignore him because I had settings to see all my players. So you dont have to have assistant to tell you who to sub.
