can someone help please ;
when im anyteam at all i sink like the titanic and quicker than that lol , i sort my formation around my team and leave my *** to do team talks as when i do them nothin goes right and it goes **** up
any advice on how you sort your team out please .
ive done it once with brighton and got them promoted and never did a thing apart from let all my staff sort everything out . thanks for any ideas
