Assistant Manager assigns 'Hard' tackling in every game

Hi,

I want his advice to be automatically applied, but I don't agree with tackling 'Hard' on every player. I'm manually overriding this per game, but is there a way to stop it?

I think it's quite an efficient use of the Assistant Manager. Johan Cruijff just likes my players to go in hard, permanently.

Yeh I think all the assistants do it that's why I do it myself now :S

Nice team, looks like you're getting great average ratings too I'm managing Liverpool too.
What team instructions are you using?
