i'm looking for an assistant manager who gives good advice on opposition teams and can do a good job with the reserve team??

Try Jean-Louis Gasset, he's been good for man city so far.

The guy usually use is the assistant manager at Huddersfield and he's definently worth checking out.... can't remember his name though.

@monni50 Terry McDermott mate(defo quality!!!)....and I'd also suggest Tony Coton is worth looking at.

Jair Ventura has been my assistant manager in three separate games so far, but I think he might not be as good in FM12 as he was last year.

valdir de moraes! have awesome stats, too bad he will retire at 2013.

Martin Keown is actually really good in my Man City save.... Got him in at the start of the 3rd season after Jim Cassell decided to Retire :)

try out dave watson. wigan youth coach. good motivation and tactical knowledge stats.

al stewart on free, been my assistant when im lower teams, i won f.a cup with bristol 1st year with him

second Al Stewart, always had him whenever I could since fm 2010. Quality assistant manager!

Sidnei Lobo for sure, best *** man in the game a few years in for me, brought him to all the clubs in my career
