Now then , Right i have a Goal Keeper coach as my assistant i want to make him the goal keeper coach and sign a new Assistant Manager?

How do i do that?

he probably wont accept the new role because its like a demotion. It happened to me when i was managing Liverpool and i wanted Sammy Lee as my fitness coach & to bring in another *** man. he wouldnt accept so i had to get rid of him and sign an *** man & a fitness coach.

Yeah, as the others say, you will have difficulties persuading him. On the right while you are offering it says his interest level, if it says none, dont bother.
