Assistant Manager Help

Hi,

I tried to find a thread about this but couldn't. So I let my assistant manager go (don't know how that slipped through the cracks) but now I need a new one. Problem being I can't tick the "Unrealistic transfers" box so every manager that has decent motivation or whatever is "Current not interested in entering contract negotiations". Now I could obviously get an awful assistant manager and then have the ability to search for better ones as I can tick the "Hide unrealistic transfers" box.

What's the best way to go about this?
