I don't know if my assistant manager is winding me up or not but in the space of two calendar days (during which no matches played) the AM has advised the following on player Welsh of Tranmere Rovers:

1. Strip player Goodison of Vice captaincy and give to Welsh (Backroom Advice)
2. Drop Welsh for next game due to poor form (Backroom Advice)
3. Welsh is amongst selection for next game (Tactics: When I ask AM to pick selection)

So he recommends I drop and select Welsh for same game. Have I unearthed a bug in the software (FM2011 v11.2.1)?

Not really a bug as such, could be ironed out by SI a bit, but i imagine all these conflicting reports are because your *** Man has awful stats?

The poorer his stats are, the worse the advice he gives you will be , to the point where if you are managing in the non league it's pointless having an Assistant.

I get my AM asking me to drop players I don't even play nor have on my bench XD so me, being me, I play them! And they normally suck anyway oO)
