Assistant Manager - Languages

I am looking for a new assistant manager for my team (i know the current one is not bad though, with motivating 20, tactical knowledge 15 which is Dave Watson), and i have found out one who looks really very good in those stats and i couldnt resist to change it in the mid-season

however he is from brazil and couldnt speak english....will it be a problem for my team, or any things related to his language?
I think in real life that must be a problem with that...but doesnt it matter in FM?

it will matter slightly in Fm mate especially if you dont speak the language and if you holiday alot

he will learn English, he has adapt at 14 so it wont take that long, dont look into it so much, its not an issue, he is a good coach, keep him
