assistant manager not giving advice on what to do with the opposition

my assistant gabalati is very experinced and a good assistant manager but he's not giving me any advice for what to do before the game such as tempo width defensive line etc. Any ways to get this information ?

look like he down know the opposition at last in that case. or maybe ur just too good and cant destroy the living daylights out of the opponents

no but in previous versions/saved games he used to ? and is there any way i can get him to do that or study the oppisiton or something ?

i mean for these stuff, i just stick to my knowledge, and i barely attend pre-match meetings.

Try scouting the opposition.

also.. if his ''tactical knowedge'' is low hes less likely to kno what to do with the oposition

check that stat.. if not replce him with someone with that stat thats higher and let me know if it works.. worked for me.
