Hi guys
I've set my assistant manager across multiple saves to handle OI in the staff responsibilities.
I go to start a match and get to the OI page where I find the person I asked to handle the OI is the staff member selected - all good so far.
The only issue being no OI is ever set. Switching between players and positions shows no OI set so I thought maybe he feels no OI is necessary but when I manually click recommend (the button in the top right) some OI is then selected. Is this supposed to be how it works?
Strangely I seem to think some OI should be set automatically set without me having to click recommend is that right?

I played through a full season with the setting on and never any OI was set...
